Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Chelsea Seamless, we prioritize hygiene, comfort, and customer satisfaction. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our Refunds and Cancellations policy below:

Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer care team. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return or exchange as per our policy.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request returns/exchanges within 10 days of delivery by Contacting us via email at customercare@chelseaseamless.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange or else click at the following link https://.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime.

·       Please provide your order number and the email/phone number used at checkout.

·       Alternatively, use the Return function from your order page.

·       We will arrange the pick-up via our courier partners for a smooth return process once your return is approved.

·       If there is an issue upon unboxing (damage, wrong size/item etc.) please reach out to us immediately within 48 hours at customercare@chelseaseamless.com and attach a photo of the item

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Panties, thongs, swimwear, shapewear & bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Gift cards and e-vouchers

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Sports Bras, leggings, shorts, crop tops, t-shirts
  • Tank tops and camisoles

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • For any first-time exchange on an order, the exchange is free. However, subsequent exchanges will incur a 150 INR shipping fee.

 


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).

Important Notes

  • Repeated Returns: Customers with a high return frequency may be flagged, and future return requests could be declined at our discretion.
  • Late Returns: Any item returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Partial Returns: If your purchase was part of a set (like a bra-panty combo), partial returns are not allowed.
